   my friend that had me join here has been lost ,  she can't log on .  she has sent e-mails and has changed her password twice and still can't log-in!!    any way to help her?  she is about to cry  she misses everyone so much!!    help us  you are our only hope!!!   she is dfd1028. thank u

	HOw long has it been since she has posted? Every month or so (not sure the exact time frame), they remove members that haven't posted in a certain amount of time (again, not sure of the exact time limit). If she hasn't posted in a long while, it's possible she was deleted. She would need to re-register in that case. I'm sure someone will be along soon who can clear it up!

	well, she was involed with the last swaps and i saw where she thanked the girl that told hershe did a good job no long ago

	i belive so, she sent an e-mail and they had her change the password , twice i belive but she still can't get on i don't know if ya'll know how to fix this but if ya do please help

	I have reset the password to 1234 Have her log in and reset the password and it will work.

	i talked to dfd1028 and she still can't get in it said she tried to log in more than 3 times even when she puts in what she was told to do maybe she can't follow the bread crumbs back home i'll be ever so sad if she is lost forever sniff sniff

	Becky - I went in and changed her password to 1234. She needs to log in using 1234 as her password - then go under her member profile and change the password. I know she was active - because I can only change active members info.

	You know that she can read this section and post herself, even if she cannot log in! I logged out before I posted this, just to show that it works. When not logged in you need to enter a security to post, but you can read this section (but only this section) without doing anything. Have her come and post herseld if there are still problems.
